To solve the general complaints and difficulties related to the administration of the staff working in different departments of Faizan-e-Madinah in the shortest possible time and in a good manner and try not to repeat these complaints.
To maintain good relations with various government departments, labor departments, etc, and to deal with the letters sent by them from time to time and in an appropriate manner.
Overseeing all the following departmental matters associated with admin, under the best system in the world.
