DCC Consultants is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our human resource strategy, which includes recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will lead a small team of one HR professional, fostering an environment of collaboration and growth while ensuring that the organization's HR functions are aligned with its business goals. Your expertise in HRIS, compliance with labor laws, and various people management strategies will be essential in developing a proactive HR environment that supports the needs of the organization and its employees. Your role will also involve advocating for employee engagement and satisfaction, providing you with a significant impact on the workforce's effectiveness and morale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment processes by developing effective strategies to attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment that encourages open communication.
  • Oversee performance management systems including setting performance standards, conducting evaluations, and managing the 360-degree feedback implementation.
  • Utilize HRIS and talent management software to track and analyze employee data, ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Implement organizational development initiatives that promote workforce planning, leadership development, and change management strategies.
  • Collaborate with management to design and execute employee engagement strategies that enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to the HR team member, fostering their professional development while ensuring efficient operations within the HR department.
  • Analyze data from applicant tracking systems to assess recruitment effectiveness and identified improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and labor laws, proactively managing potential risks associated with HR practices.
  • Facilitate training and development programs that strengthen employee skills and capabilities, contributing to personal and organizational growth.
