This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. Their day-to-day tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with the team to ensure client success.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in lead generation, proficient in email marketing, and skilled in extracting potential clients from various online sources. Responsibilities

  • Expertly extract and generate high-quality leads using various online sources, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other web platforms.
  • Utilize web scraping tools and techniques to gather relevant data and information about potential clients and businesses.
  • Implement effective email marketing strategies to reach out to potential clients and nurture relationships with leads.
  • Identify and research new business opportunities to expand the agency's client base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients, present the agency's services, and address client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role, with a focus on lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Expertise in extracting leads from various online platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other web sources.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of email outreach strategies.
  • Familiarity with web scraping tools and experience in extracting data from online sources.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Experience with CRM software for lead tracking and management is preferred.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
