We are looking for “HR / Admin Manager who must oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and also supervise company's hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff along with administrative tasks.

Job Purpose:

  • Provide assistance and necessary support to the CEO for smooth HR & Administrative tasks.
  • An experienced, self-motivated and result oriented candidates for HR & Admin department.
  • Both fresh & experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Requirements:

  • Assist in recruiting and orientation process to fill vacant positions.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to positive attitude towards Company goals
  • Arrange meetings and coordinates with office staff, monitor support staff and schedule their activities
  • Taking notes & minutes during meetings
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Maintain the general filing system and staff attendance record, maintain an up-to-date inventory of office supplies and monitor the use of supplies and equipment
  • Records’ maintenance
  • Flexible and willing to learn and get hands-on experience.
