We are seeking a passionate Academic Engagement Specialist to promote and support our innovative research management platform,a cloud-based solution that streamlines research workflows and enhances academic success. This role offers flexible working hours and competitive compensation.Your role will involve:

Explaining platform features to users and stakeholders.
Conducting workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.
Encouraging user engagement, adoption and feedback.

Requirements:

Strong background in academia (teaching / research experience preferred).
Strong understanding of academic software and latest tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Meeting users in person and virtually.
