We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team and deliver innovative SEO solutions for clients across diverse industries. In this role, you will take ownership of crafting and executing data-driven SEO strategies to improve website rankings, boost organic traffic, and enhance online visibility for our clients.

You will work closely with a team of content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to ensure that all aspects of SEO—from technical audits to backlink strategies—are optimized for success. If you have a passion for search engine algorithms and a drive to deliver measurable results, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Planned, implemented, and optimized on-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, schema markup, alt tags, and internal linking.
Manage off-page SEO campaigns such as backlink building, outreach, and content syndication while maintaining ethical SEO standards.
Perform in-depth technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and DeepCrawl, and work with developers to fix issues like site speed, broken links, and crawl errors.
Develop content strategies with the content team, focusing on improving relevance and authority in line with Google's E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trustworthiness) guidelines.
Leverage advanced tools such as Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz Pro to monitor organic performance, traffic trends, and keyword rankings.
Track, report, and communicate key SEO performance metrics such as CTR, impressions, domain authority, and conversion rates.
Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates, implementing proactive strategies to mitigate potential risks. Collaborate with web designers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in website structure, UX, and code.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in managing SEO campaigns for websites with high traffic.
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to understand and optimize code for SEO.
Expertise in local SEO, including managing Google My Business listings, and familiarity with location-based search optimization.
Proven experience working with e-commerce SEO, and knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
Ability to use SEO plugins and tools effectively (e.g. Yoast, Rank Math, All-in-One SEO).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of multilingual SEO or international search engine optimization is a strong advantage.
