This position will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms for EcoStar & Gree Brands. Will work closely with the marketing Head to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and foster a strong online community. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social media trends and a proven track record of driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals and objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of social media innovation.

Content Creation and Management:

Create and curate compelling content for all social media channels with liaison of Creative and digital agencies, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message across platforms.

Audience Engagement:

Build and nurture an active and engaged social media community.
Supervise the community Team to respond to comments, messages, and mentions.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant tools.
Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic matrix.

Campaign Development:

Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media into overall marketing campaigns.

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications.
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Social Media Marketing.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Proficient in social media management tools and analytics.
Google Certifications is added advantage.
