Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily functioning of the office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in supervising and coordinating with administrative and support staff.
  • Help implement and maintain office procedures and filing systems.
  • Organize basic meetings, maintain databases, and manage office documentation.
  • Support the maintenance of the office telephone and PABX system.
  • Keep logs of calls, visitors, and staff attendance for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in handling customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Generate basic reports and share relevant updates with management.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping staff as needed.
  • Take employee inventory requests and monitor stock levels of office supplies.
  • Help maintain staff duty schedules, leave records, and attendance sheets.
  • Provide basic feedback and support to lower staff under supervision.
  • Assist with purchasing office/kitchen supplies, identifying vendors, and comparing prices.
  • Process invoices and seek approvals for office-related payments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to maintain office efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized local or international university.
  • 1-2 year  of relevant experience in office administration, customer service, or related fields (internship experience may also be considered).
