We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative at Dispatcher Hive, a fast-growing truck dispatching service company. As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing excellent customer service to our clients in the trucking industry.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package ranging from PKR 35,000 to 55,000, with no age restrictions and a neutral accent requirement.

Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate sales leads and convert them into paying customers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone and email communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide product knowledge and information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional manner.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to understand and speak English fluently.
Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in using CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus, but not required.
