We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our team and play a vital role in growing our construction estimation business. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to contractors across the USA, introducing our estimation services, and generating qualified leads.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to USA-based contractors to promote our concrete takeoff plans and turnkey pricing services.
- Identify potential clients and build rapport over the phone.
- Present our services clearly and confidently, addressing client inquiries effectively.
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
- Record call details and update the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Familiarity with the construction industry or estimation services is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
