Full Stack Developer - Team Lead

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Developer who can lead our technical team to build a cutting-edge, scalable, and user-friendly platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership:
   • Lead a team of developers (front-end, back-end, and AI specialists) to design, develop, and deploy the AGSA platform.
   • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and prioritize technical deliverables.
2. Platform Development:
   • Oversee the end-to-end development of the platform, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components.
   • Ensure scalability, performance, and security across all modules.
3. Technical Implementation:
   • Develop robust APIs and microservices for dynamic content delivery.
   • Implement AI/ML features, including recommendation systems and data-driven insights.
   • Optimize the platform for responsive design and cross-platform usability.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high code quality.
   • Monitor and improve platform performance and user experience.

 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Ruby for back-end development.
• Front-End Frameworks: Expertise in React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
• Back-End Frameworks: Experience with Node.js, Django, or equivalent frameworks.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other database systems.
• APIs and Integrations: Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deployment and hosting.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git/GitHub or similar tools.
• AI/ML Knowledge (Preferred): Basic understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine-learning frameworks.
