We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Figma and a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate with our design team and contribute to building user-friendly experiences across our digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and creating UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to ensure designs align with user needs and business objectives.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights for improving design.
- Maintain design consistency by contributing to design systems and style guides.
- Iterate on design feedback to improve and optimize user interfaces.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design.
- A portfolio showcasing user-centered design, with examples of web or mobile app interfaces.
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and design best practices.
- Basic understanding of responsive design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
