Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients’ vision while complying with design best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop and produce high-quality design concepts, layouts, slides, infographics, icons, ui, illustrations and visuals for various projects, including brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
Create designs using illustration, infographics, photo editing and layout software
Research new design trends and apply forward-thinking on design patterns and understanding business goals
Create custom visual assets from scratch
Prioritize and deliver assets for multiple projects within design specifications
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Graphic Design, art, or a similar discipline.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of design work.
At least 2 years of professional design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout composition.
Strong graphic design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Extremely strong attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense to create visually appealing designs.
Keep on top of trends in content, storytelling, and best practices for design
A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
