Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Tele Sales Girls (Fresh Graduates) to join our marketing team. As a Tele Sales Girl, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers and promoting our commercial projects through phone calls. This position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain experience in sales and marketing while contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our commercial projects and explaining the benefits and features in a compelling manner.
Engage with customers professionally and build rapport to establish long-term relationships.
Understand customer needs, answer their inquiries, and provide accurate information about our projects.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our properties and overcome objections to persuade potential customers.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and provide relevant information.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and negotiation skills.
Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions for future reference.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, improve lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and gain a competitive edge.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Urdu. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively convey the value of our commercial projects.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using MS Office applications and CRM software.
