ML Trainer

Dubtrackers is seeking an experienced Machine Learning Trainer to lead our team in developing and enhancing machine learning models. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, with a strong foundation in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision. You will guide a team of five individuals, fostering their growth and integrating advanced techniques into our projects. With a minimum of five years of experience in the field, you will be instrumental in driving our machine learning initiatives and sharing your expertise with the team to enhance their skills and performance. Your understanding of machine learning algorithms and the ability to apply these concepts effectively will ensure the success of our training programs, promoting innovation and excellence within the organization.Responsibilities

Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on machine learning concepts and practices.
Mentor and guide a team of five ML professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Develop and implement hands-on projects that enhance team members' practical skills in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
Evaluate and assess the team's understanding and progress through regular feedback sessions and assessments.
Incorporate best practices for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation into training sessions.
Teach various machine learning algorithms and their applications, ensuring team members are up-to-date with industry trends.
Facilitate workshops and group discussions on advanced topics, including Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
Collaborate with other departments to align training content with organizational goals and project needs.
Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in machine learning and integrate them into training programs.
Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, and documentation for staff reference.
