As a Freelance Field Associate, you will play a vital role in helping local retailers onboard to the Dukan App, a cutting-edge digital solution designed to empower shopkeepers by enabling them to receive payments, manage sales, and grow their businesses. Responsibilities

Conduct on-site visits to local retail shops, including kiryanas, electronics, pharmacies, and general stores to onboard them onto the Dukan App.
Assist shopkeepers with downloading, installing, and registering on the Dukan App, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Educate shopkeepers on how to utilize the app for receiving payments through QR codes and tracking their sales effectively.
Provide clear explanations and training materials in Urdu to facilitate understanding of app features and functionalities.
Share your unique referral code with shopkeepers for tracking app installs and ensuring proper verification.
Maintain accurate records of daily app installs and report them via Google Form or WhatsApp while adhering to submission deadlines.
Communicate effectively with local shopkeepers, demonstrating great customer service and problem-solving skills.
Actively engage with shopkeepers to gather feedback and address any queries or concerns they may have regarding the app.
Achieve and exceed weekly targets for app installations, contributing to personal income through verified installs and performance bonuses.
Manage your own schedule to efficiently balance visits, training sessions, and follow-ups with shopkeepers across your designated area.

The Dukan app enables micro and small sellers with a full-stack e-commerce platform that not only enables online selling, but also online payments, locally integrated delivery options, online marketing and access to sales and stock performance insights through the app. Managing khata, ordering stock from wholesalers and a dedicated POS for retail stores are some of the key features of the Dukan app, designed to enable and digitize the $160 Billion distribution and retail market in Pakistan. Retailers are also able to access credit, by applying for a loan through the Dukan app, for purchasing stock without affecting their cash flows.
