Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Manage front desk activities, including maintaining visitor logs
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Manage office supplies and keep the reception area tidy and presentable
Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document prep, and filing
Assist with internal communication and coordination between departments
Ensure compliance with front office protocols and company standards
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk customer-facing role
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Familiarity with appointment scheduling software
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
