Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans.
- Facilitate learning through both in-person and online platforms, ensuring active student participation and understanding.
- Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methodologies and share best practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area; teaching certification/license required.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
- Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
Administrative Staff (Online and In-Person):
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as student admissions, enrollment, and records management.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for faculty, staff, and students.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of school communications, newsletters.
- Maintain accurate financial records, process payments, and assist in budget management.
- Support human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
