Assistant Manager- UAT

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to contribute to our quality assurance processes. Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed UAT plans that align with project objectives and timelines.
Coordinate UAT activities with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive testing of group insurance products.
Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts based on defined requirements and business needs.
Conduct thorough defect management by identifying, logging, and tracking issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
Prepare comprehensive UAT reports and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to testing best practices and methodologies, contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of insurance products and processes as it relates to UAT requirements.
Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in testing techniques, particularly test automation tools and frameworks.
Facilitate UAT meetings, communicate testing status, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders involved.
