Ehtesham Packages (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager Sales & Operations to enhance our client relationships and boost sales performance. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts and driving growth through strategic business development initiatives. You will maintain a robust understanding of customer needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed expectations. The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This position does not require team management, allowing for a focus primarily on account management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing sales within existing accounts and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and oversee the sales team's activities to ensure alignment with company objectives and performance benchmarks.
  • Collect samples of new products and assess customer requirements for potential future needs.
  • Manage the development process of new products after rates approval and securing purchase orders.
  • Facilitate the delivery and collection of shade cards to support customer projects and preferences.
  • Conduct regular visits to customers to reinforce relationships and understand their evolving needs.
  • Address quality complaints promptly by coordinating with the production department to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed job status records for assigned accounts, ensuring all tasks are tracked and addressed timely.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of assigned projects and commitments.
  • Monitor supplies and balance inventory levels to meet customer demands and prevent stockouts.
  • Proactively follow up on repeat orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Set realistic commitments to customers by consulting relevant departments beforehand.
  • Support the sales team in identifying potential markets and strategies for capturing new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate rates with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while balancing company profitability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize service delivery and resolve any operational issues.
  • Utilize sales forecasting to aid the marketing department in targeting potential clients effectively.
