Eighteen is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in Lahore/Karachi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth by generating new business leads, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a dedicated team of four sales professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the banking or insurance sectors, accompanied by a strong understanding of our products and services.
Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching potential customers and developing strategic engagement plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, focusing on driving repeat business and generating referrals.
Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
Negotiate and close sales deals by expertly understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, and finalizing sales agreements.
Lead the sales team towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective management and motivation.
Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement in sales strategies and customer engagement.
Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, manage leads, and optimize sales processes.
