We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our dynamic accounting team.

Responsibilities

Process and reconcile financial transactions including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
Maintain and update financial records ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Handle invoice processing, and expense tracking, and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions in accounting software.
Regularly reconcile bank.
Support the month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Spot financial inconsistencies and suggest corrective measures.
Report on audit findings and propose enhancements to policies and procedures.
Authorize and process online banking transactions.
Responsible for managing daily payments and transactions from petty cash for multiple activities

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks or Odoo.
Perform month-end closing activities.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Ability to work as part of team and independently.
Ability to deliver high volume of quality work.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
