We are global leading provider of optical fiber preforms, optical fibers, optical fiber cables and integrated solutions. Litang mainly produces and sells all kinds of communicational optical fiber preforms, optical fibers, optical fiber cables and different types of optical transceivers, specialty optical fibers, active optical cables, and submarine cables, RF coaxial cables and accessories, etc. LITANG is also equipped with some solutions and services such as system integration and communication engineering design. Providing a variety of different products and solutions for world’s telecommunications industry and other industries (e.g. Public utility, Transportation, Oil & Chemistry and Medication etc.) , LITANG has offered its products and services to over 100 countries and regions around the world.

Lead talent acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.
Onboard new employees: Create and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure seamless integration into our company culture.
Drive performance: Establish and manage performance review systems, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities.
Manage compensation and benefits: Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Foster positive employee relations: Address employee concerns, resolve disputes, and promote open communication to create an inclusive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement training programs: Enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth through effective training initiatives.
Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
An MBA or HRM degree is highly preferred.
5+ years of proven experience in HR management roles, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with a diverse workforce, including international teams, is a plus.
