EM-A Shipping Agencies is looking for Business Development Executive in Sales & Marketing Department for its Head Office in Karachi.

  • Candidate must be energetic and proactive in pursuing new businesses and providing business solutions.
  • Candidate must have effective customer service orientation, strong business acumen and ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, negotiation and follow up skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gains & customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research on rates to identify new markets & customer needs.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Arrange business meetings with business partners.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities under tight deadlines.

​Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
