We are looking for a competent IT Manager to head our IT Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) developed, owned, and operated by the company.
Ensure smooth operations of the software developed in Oracle Forms and Reports 12c with WebLogic Server.
Host and maintain a hybrid converged infrastructure (HCI).
Oversee WMS operations for all company warehouses and third-party warehousing.
Supervise teams responsible for troubleshooting, system backups, archiving, and disaster recovery.
Liaise and coordinate with third-party consultants for DBA-related tasks.
Manage and supervise third-party software providers for ERP solutions.
Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with project teams to design and implement Oracle-based internal systems.
Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices related to Oracle systems.
Design and conduct training programs and workshops for staff on Oracle technologies.
Perform regular system audits and present operational system reports to management.
Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends.
Advise on future IT investments related to Oracle systems.
Ensure optimal performance and compliance of the Internal Warehouse Management System Software, developed on Oracle technologies with different applicable versions.
