We are looking for a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to drive sales growth and expand Escalo.ai’s client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT solutions, developing sales strategies, and securing new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for  software development, AI, cloud computing, and IT services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals while achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or B2B sales (preferably in software, AI, or cloud solutions).
  • Proven track record of securing new clients and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
