Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate product-wise costing and systematic cost allocation across departments.
- Mentor junior staff in costing, reporting, data analysis, and operational management.
- Assist in initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reporting standards, and quality compliance, ensuring adherence to ISO and Sedex standards.
- Support ERP integration across all departments and mitigate errors in alignment with company standards.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience: 2-3 years in costing within an industrial unit, preferably textiles. Education: ACCA/ACMA from an HEC-recognized institute.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and ERP systems, with experience in Power BI tools.
- Ability to work with simulated reports, datasheets, and internal software.
General Skills:
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Professional email and dossier writing ability.
- Effective listening and technical knowledge absorption.
