We are looking for few Call Center Representative who has experience in customer service and sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, both written and verbal, and have a strong work ethic. The candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including late nights as our customer are American citizens and we gonna work according to American time Zone.
Fluency in English speaking is must.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Providing excellent customer service and support
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- bachelor or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
