The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing our products effectively, conducting market research, optimizing our sales strategies, and collaborating closely with our social media and website teams to drive overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing and Optimization:Efficiently list and manage product postings across various online marketplaces. Optimize listings to increase visibility and sales using SEO best practices and marketplace tools.
Market Research:Conduct comprehensive research to identify new suppliers, competitive products, and market trends. Provide actionable insights to stay ahead of market dynamics and opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products on different platforms. Work in tandem with the marketing team to synchronize efforts across social media and other digital channels.
Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze the performance of our products on all platforms. Use metrics and analytics to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.
Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the social media specialist and website manager to ensure a unified approach to online sales and promotions. Support product launches and marketing campaigns with timely and impactful marketplace tactics.
Customer Interaction and Feedback:Engage with customers via our platforms to enhance customer satisfaction and gather feedback for product and service improvements.
Sales Generation:Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales not only on third-party platforms but also on our own website. Ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
