We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Female Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a crucial role in representing our institute with professionalism and warmth. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with a positive attitude. Manage the reception area to ensure it is welcoming and organized.

  • Phone and Email Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, and manage email inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff and clients.

  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management as needed.

  • Client Interaction: Provide information about the institute’s programs, services, and policies to clients and prospective students.

  • Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Order supplies as needed.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operations within the institute.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred.

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attributes: Professional appearance, friendly demeanor, and a proactive attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
