The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal & external teams. You should have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan.
Manage all marketing activities to generate leads.
Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings.
Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies.
Track performance of all marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Equivalent from a Reputable Institution.
1 Year of Experience in any Reputabe Firm in Marketing & Advertising Department.
Ability to Multi-Task.
Strong verbal, written, and Communication skills.
Experience in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel is a must).

Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 (Monday to Saturday)
Office Timings: 10 am to 6:30 pm
1 Hour Relaxation as Breaks for Tea, Lunch, Prayers (Duhr & Asar).
Gender: Both (Specially Females are Encouraged to Apply as we are an Equal Opportunity Provider).
Salary Package: 50,000/- to 65,000/- per month depending upon your abilities plus Incentives, Medical / Health Insurance, EOBI, 2 Yearly Bonuses, Semi Annual Award Ceremonies on Performance.

Note: If any candidate has 3 years experience in OOH Advertising in Punjab, then no need for Graduation specifically in Marketing. Just Graduate Degree in any field will be enough.
