As a Junior Technical Recruiter at FAAZ Consulting, you will directly impact the company's future by identifying and attracting excellent candidates for our organization. The role will constantly challenge you to think creatively about how to drive hiring results and will require you to be part of a team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy.
- Remote role: It's a work-from-home role
- US- EST working hours
Core Responsibilities
- Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.
- Actively source and engage talent via leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, utilizing technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, and using different platforms.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to the offer.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven Technical Recruitment experience
- Technical Recruitment experience within the US market.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in strategic candidate sourcing and management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in networking and building talent communities
- Solid understanding of recruiting metrics and acquisition practices and methods
- Experience with using job boards like Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Ceipal, and other ATS and similar tools
- Tech-savvy
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Critical-thinking skills
