We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Virtual Assistant to support personal and business operations. You will be responsible for optimizing workflows, leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to maximize efficiency, and ensuring tasks are completed on time with precision.

Responsibilities

Manage personal and business calendars, appointments, and deadlines.
Handle task prioritization and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Conduct research and generate insights to support decision-making.
Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to automate and optimize workflows, draft content, and improve productivity.
Coordinate virtual meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
Assist in personal tasks such as travel planning, shopping, and organizing personal finances.
Create and maintain digital systems for task management, file organization, and communication.

Key Qualifications

Proven ability to get things done with minimal supervision
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and the ability to use them to optimize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable with remote work technologies (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Notion).
Ability to learn new software and adapt to changing workflows.
