We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Agent to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in our sales funnel by making outbound calls to generate leads, qualify potential customers, and set appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify and target potential customers who align with our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Utilize a provided call script to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients over the phone.
  • Overcome objections and skillfully handle call reluctance to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Accurately record all call details and customer information in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout all interactions.
  • Strive to exceed daily and weekly call targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a telemarketing, sales development, or customer service role
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with strangers over the phone
  • Strong English verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products or services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
