We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multi-faceted environment, has a knack for engaging communication, and is eager to contribute to our company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, handling client outreach, creating compelling content, and managing our newsletter to drive engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our services.
- Identify target audiences and craft effective strategies to engage them.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Client Outreach and Communication
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients and answer inquiries.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
- Maintain a professional and positive image during client interactions.
Content Writing
- Write and edit content for various channels including website, social media, and email newsletters.
- Create clear, persuasive, and original content aligned with our brand voice.
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevancy in content creation.
Newsletter Management
- Develop, design, and send newsletters that keep clients informed about updates, offers, and insights.
- Monitor newsletter performance metrics (e.g., open and click-through rates) to drive improvements.
- Ensure newsletters are engaging, value-driven, and aligned with our marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, client outreach, or content writing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media).
Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
