The MEP Engineer / Supervisor will have sound knowledge of execution of plumbing and firefighting works in high-rise building project and will ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and timely completion of project.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
- Execution, testing & commissioning of Drainage, Water supply, Plumbing Fixtures & Firefighting Works.
- Coordinate with Management Staff and contractors to ensure smooth execution of project according to specifications and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify issues, defects, or areas requiring improvement in Drainage, Water supply, Plumbing Fixtures & Firefighting.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations governing electrical and mechanical installations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff members involved in the Project.
- Prepare progress reports, updates, and documentation related to projects.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional requirements and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 05 years relevant experience in execution of plumbing and firefighting works in high-rise building project.
- Experience in execution, testing & commissioning of plumbing and firefighting works.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
