We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused (FEMALE ONLY) Customer Support Officer to join our team. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services
  • Align team to resolve Customer Complains.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
  • Document customer interactions using our CRM software
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide the best possible support
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Must be Graduated and have good command in English Language.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and empathy for customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office- Proficiency in Emailing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet performance targets and metrics

LOCATION: DHA PHASE 7 Extension, Near Akhtar Colony.

Preference will be given to Candidates who reside nearby.
