We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused (FEMALE ONLY) Customer Support Officer to join our team. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers about our products and services
- Align team to resolve Customer Complains.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
- Document customer interactions using our CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide the best possible support
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets
Requirements:
- Must be Graduated and have good command in English Language.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong customer-centric mindset and empathy for customers
- Proficiency in MS Office- Proficiency in Emailing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet performance targets and metrics
LOCATION: DHA PHASE 7 Extension, Near Akhtar Colony.
Preference will be given to Candidates who reside nearby.
