We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Sales Agent to join our team for an inbound campaign promoting our high-speed fiber internet services. As a key member of our sales team, you will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to enhance their internet experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls from prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate fiber internet packages and services.
  • Sales Conversion: Effectively communicate the benefits of our fiber internet services to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our fiber internet offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain communication with potential customers through follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and close sales.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately enter customer information and sales details into the CRM system.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to share insights and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
