Duties:

As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for:

Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Accounting & Reporting: Oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Costing & Budgeting: Manage budgeting processes, analyze cost structures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
Taxation: Handle all taxation matters, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing tax strategies.
Regulatory Compliance: Interact with regulators, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
Excel Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced Excel skills to prepare detailed balance sheets and financial statements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements:

A proven track record of working in the banking sector, preferably in a senior finance role.
Extensive experience in accounting, costing, budgeting, reporting, and taxation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling regulatory matters.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Group CFO and will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization.
