We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outlet Salesman to join our team. The Outlet Salesman will be responsible for promoting and selling our products at the retail outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock levels, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the outlet and assist them in selecting products.
Promote products and provide accurate information about features, pricing, and availability.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are well-displayed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively.
Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and inventory needs.
Participate in stocktaking and inventory control.
Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store performance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
Energetic, positive attitude and a passion for sales.
