Responsibilities, Requirements, and Skills:

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
  • Ensure the self-importation tasks are performed promptly.
  • Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements.
  • Any knowledge of Descartes software would be a plus.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and import-export operations would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks would be preferred.
  • Advanced command of written and spoken English to coordinate with US-based colleagues.
  • Bilingual with written and spoken command of the Spanish language will be preferred.
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Keep logs and records.
  • Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
  • Must be able to write SOPs and procedures.
  • Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management, or a relevant field.

Additional Information:

  • A laptop and cell phone bill will be provided for a suitable candidate.
  • Fixed medical encashment will be provided every quarter.
  • Since this position requires working with a US company, the job timing is from 4 PM onwards.
  • The job is five days a week with occasional work on weekends.
  • We seek a long-term commitment from candidates.
  • The starting salary is Rs 40,000 to 70,000, depending on experience.
