We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our team in managing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, hiring new team members, and delivering successful projects within the given timeframe and budget.Location: Remote (must have separate room with good internet)

Responsibilities:

Identify project requirements and plan project timelines and resources required to meet project objectives.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements, and manage project risks and issues.
Hire and onboard team members with the required skill set for the project.
Develop and manage training plans to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete project tasks.
Manage team performance by setting performance goals and objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
Foster a positive team culture and manage team dynamics.
Track project performance against budget, timeline, and quality standards and report regularly to stakeholders.
Ensure that all project documentation is up to date, accurate, and complete.
Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
At least 5 years of experience in project management.
Experience in hiring and managing teams, including developing training plans and conducting performance evaluations.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
