We seek a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Team lead for our Energy Billing Project.

Our energy Billing project is USA-based and this will be a night-shift job

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a forward-thinking company in the rapidly evolving energy industry. As the Supervisor of the Energy Billing Project, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the end-to-end billing processes related to our energy services.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of billing specialists to ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of billing systems and software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize billing procedures and resolve any issues.
Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

intermediate or equivalent degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy billing
Proven experience with billing systems and software in the energy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and the development sector.
