Content Strategist / Technical Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist & Technical Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive content strategy, conducting in-depth technical analysis, and guiding the video production team to create compelling, educational videos on trading strategies and technical analysis. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, technical expertise, and storytelling ability.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Content Strategy & Planning

Develop a strategic content calendar focused on evergreen technical analysis topics
Comprehensive trading strategies applicable to stocks, crypto, forex, and commodities
High-engagement titles and video concepts
Conduct competitive research to identify trending topics and high-demand trading strategies.

2) Script Guidance & Narrative Development:

Collaborate with the CEO to design engaging video narratives that simplify complex trading concepts.
Guide the script development process, ensuring educational value and audience engagement.
Maintain a consistent tone and messaging style aligned with the brand's voice and target audience.

3) Collaboration with Video Production Team:

Work closely with the Video Editor to ensure the accurate visualization of trading concepts through charts, motion graphics, and other visual elements.
Provide detailed creative briefs, including visual guidelines, storyboards, and key talking points.
Collaborate with the team to optimize video structure, pacing, and engagement hooks for maximum viewer retention.

4) Performance Analysis & Optimization:

Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, including audience retention, engagement, and SEO ranking.
Implement data-driven improvements to optimize content strategy and increase channel growth.
Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to maximize reach and engagement across multiple platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

Extensive knowledge of technical analysis.
Content Strategy & Communication
2+ years of experience in content strategy, trading education, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with a global trading audience.
Strong creative vision with the ability to guide video content from concept to execution.
Leadership skills to drive brainstorming sessions, inspire creativity, and maintain high content standards.
Experience collaborating with video editors and production teams to create visually engaging educational videos.
Prior experience in financial markets, trading education, or fintech industry is highly preferred.
Familiarity with YouTube SEO, video marketing, and audience growth strategies is an advantage.
