Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Maintain precise records of stock, ensuring effective inventory control aligned with project demands.
Material Receipt & Quality Assurance: Receive and inspect incoming materials to verify that they meet specified quality and quantity standards.
Material Issuance: Issue materials to contractors based on their requirements, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
Stock Monitoring & Replenishment: Regularly track inventory levels and initiate reordering processes to prevent shortages or delays in project timelines.
Documentation & Record-Keeping: Accurately document all inventory movements in both physical and digital logs, utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word.
Storage Management: Organize and manage storage areas to facilitate easy access, proper material handling, and compliance with safety standards.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that all materials are stored in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Reporting & Communication: Provide regular inventory status updates to project management, highlighting any potential risks or issues.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to monitor deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a consistent supply chain.

Experience:

Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within Chemical, Sugar, or process Plants.
Proven experience in the Erection and Commissioning Phase of a project
EPC experience is a plus.

Qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
