We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries across various communication platforms. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive timely, helpful, and courteous assistance, helping to build and maintain positive relationships with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
WhatsApp Chat Management: Monitor and respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, providing accurate and prompt information.
Shopify Chat Support: Handle live chat inquiries from customers on our Shopify store, assisting with product questions, order issues, and other customer concerns.
Instagram Messages: Engage with customers through Instagram Direct Messages, addressing inquiries and providing support in a timely manner.
Facebook Comments: Monitor and respond to customer comments on Facebook posts, ensuring that all interactions reflect our brand’s values and messaging.
Facebook Messenger: Manage and respond to messages received through Facebook Messenger, offering assistance and resolving any customer issues effectively.
General Customer Support: Assist with other customer support tasks as needed, contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience across all channels.
