We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a control room position where you will be responsible for monitoring, responding to, and taking appropriate actions on client emails.

  • You will also be required to answer client phone calls on a landline and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling staff at our various venues, ensuring that daily schedules are adhered to, and monitoring staff performance to ensure efficiency and productivity. 
  • You will also handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
