Job Responcibilities:

As an Immigration Counsellor / Visa Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

1. Providing counseling and consultancy services to clients regarding immigration, education, career, etc.

2. Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of clients and providing guidance accordingly.

3. Developing and implementing personalized counseling plans and strategies.

4. Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.

5. Scheduling and facilitating meetings with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other suitable communication channels.

6. Participating in regular team meetings and sharing insights and best practices with team members.

7. Partnering with a team member on a rotating basis for joint client interactions and counseling sessions.

8. Conducting in-person meetings with clients in the office to guide them about the full range of services offered by the company.

9. Addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided.

10. Screening and evaluating potential clients based on company requirements and guidelines.

11. Documenting and organizing all client-related paperwork and documentation.

12. Collaborating with managers, juniors, and colleagues to maintain a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.

14. Staying current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in counseling.

Requirement:

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors

Communication Skills Must be required.

Sales / Customer Services Experience Holders Preferable.
