DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
· Attending 10 to 12 physical meetings. Additionally, need to follow up with clients who have already been interviewed and have left.
· Providing counseling to clients regarding company policies, etc.
· Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of the company and clinet providing guidance accordingly.
· Developing and implementing personalized counseling plans and strategies.
· Maintaining accurate and confidential candidate records.
· Scheduling and facilitating meetings with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other official suitable communication channels.
· Participating in regular team meetings and sharing insights and best practices with team members.
·
· Addressing clients inquiries promptly and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided.
· Screening and evaluating potential clients based on company requirements and guidelines.
· Documenting and organizing all clients-related paperwork and documentation.
· Collaborating with managers, juniors, and colleagues to maintain a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
· Staying current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in counseling.
