DUTY & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR Office, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Attending 10 to 12 physical interviews daily. Additionally, need to follow up with candidates who have already been interviewed and have left.
Providing counseling to candidates regarding company policies, etc.
Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of the company and candidate providing guidance accordingly.
Developing and implementing personalized counseling plans and strategies.
Maintaining accurate and confidential candidate records.
Scheduling and facilitating meetings with candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other official suitable communication channels.
Participating in regular team meetings and sharing insights and best practices with team members.
Partnering with a team member on a rotating basis for joint candidate interactions and counseling sessions.
Addressing candidate inquiries promptly and ensuring that they are satisfied with the services provided.
Screening and evaluating potential candidates based on company requirements and guidelines.
Documenting and organizing all candidate-related paperwork and documentation.
Collaborating with managers, juniors, and colleagues to maintain a positive and cooperative work atmosphere.
Staying current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in counseling.
